Yep. That’s a good one. It’s nice that Clare Torry finally got a writing credit for it too. She’s the one singing, and was originally only paid the £30 day rate for the session.

Dark Side of the Moon is my 2nd favorite PF album to listen to all in one shot, end to end. I do like Wish You Were Here a tiny bit better. Single favorite PF song has always been and will forever be Comfortably Numb.

I was just listening to Dark Side. Us and Them is my preferred track, though.

It’s actually about the Christmas truce in WWI. It’s about the thing a lot of soldiers in WWI and WWII realise when they came close to the enemy - they’re just told to hate each other by superiors.

Oddly enough, I’m drawn to hardcore punk, folk punk, metalcore, and death metal. This is in direct contrast to pretty much most everyone else (minus the wife) at church, who listen to contemporary music *shudders*. And it gets even more humorously complicated because I really only listen to Christian punk or metal, so it’s clean, but I’m the only one driving in the church parking lot with August Burns Red blaring through my speakers on Sunday mornings, which I'll admit is funny.
